Went in store to exchange an item but I couldn’t find anything in my size. An associate (Samantha) went above and beyond trying to find jeans for me. She was amazing!!!! I want to share my experience to let the world know there is still good customer service out there. And this young lady is a fine example of it!!! Thank you Samantha for all your help!! Every time I come into this store, the staff greets me and insists on following me around constantly. I cannot browse in peace because one particular sales girl is always right there to the point where it’s annoying and intrusive. Also, the store never seems to have the styles I like from online. The experience of shopping has been ruined by overly intrusive sales associates. I absolutely cannot stand this particular store.
