During the pandemic I was looking for a Santa Cruz. Like so many others I did a google search within 100 miles and found The jay cloud. Eathan was more than happy to sell me a 5010. I am happy with my purchase even though one month later it was recalled. The process was made easy, I recommend him to anyone. I live in Colchester so the service does mean something due to 1 hour twenty minute drive. This is a small shop and if you are looking for a bike that big shops in Chittenden County don’t have, be sure to look up The Jay Cloud it is worth the drive. Thank you

We visited Richford for 6 weeks. This place, though remote, was as good a mountain bike store as I've seen in Stowe or other big mountain biking towns. Beyond friendly staff. Great prices. Shows a true love of mountain biking. Got a used dual suspension Specialized for 600 - couldn't ask for more.
