In a time of Covid19, I was happy that the service team all wore masks when interacting with me. HOWEVER, as I was in the waiting room, I saw several employees which I believe were part of the sales team enter to get coffee with masks below their noses, on their chins or unmasked AND there was another customer that entered to wait completely UNMASKED the entire time. I feel the services provided to my vehicle were good but I personally felt unsafe waiting on my car to be finished.

Fantastic Experience! My wife and I purchased a 2021 Chevy Spark for our daughters. We wanted to create a Christmas surprise for them. We worked with Jack Shelton. He was terrific. I appreciated his kindness and low stress / no pressure approach. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and we did. Jack helped make the entire sales process easy - as did the rest of the team at Montgomery Chevrolet. Jack and his father (general manager) Shannon went above and beyond, delivering the car to our home on Christmas morning, complete with balloons, a giant white bow, and Christmas music. Our daughters were thrilled and one of them burst into tears of joy. I’m so grateful for the extra care and commitment to customer satisfaction displayed by Jack and Shannon. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Truly a fantastic experience!
