Very unprofessional! Liars! Called me saying Imy husband had a debt that we don't have. II immediately called the billing department ito the company they claimed I owed a bill too and was told I don't have a bill and my name was not in the system for a bill due. I called back and asked again and to tell them I do not owe money and had just got off the phone with the company I supposedly owed and that I have no bill. They hung up three times and when they finally picked up, she was rude and smart! DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR INFORMATION! CALL THE COMPANY THEY SAY YOU OWE AND PAY THE COMPANY YOURSELF IF YOU OWE! The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to, to give a review.

I paid this bill. Twice, apparently since their website just goes blank after you pay. I called them on the 13th of October to get my money back. It is now the 23rd and I still don't have my money. I'm sorry if you have to deal with this company.
I do not agree with all the negative reviews!! I have dealt with HCS for about a year and the collection department has been nothing but pleasant, informative and helpful. They are honestly just doing their job some of you should just pay your bills! :)
I understand a debt collector has to collect a debt, understand that 100%. But I was lied to over the phone. I had to change my payment amount to a lower payment due to my outstanding debt from my car wreck. I was told the first time I called that the amount I could pay was not enough to be automated so I had to call it in, my amount was fine thought. THEN I go to call and pay my debt, as promised, and they say my amount is not enough to make a over the phone payment AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD IT WAS. Enjoy my 1 payment till the day i die or this is resolved. Dont mind paying my debt but do mind being lied to.
