My wife and I are avid zoo visitors. We were in Montgomery for thanksgiving and stopped by. Entry fee was good for the size of the zoo. Animal viewing areas are awesome! I hated that the chairlift was not running, but we were still able to get some awesome pictures and have a great time! Absolutely must go if you like animals and Zoos.

Very nice staff! The zoo had alot of animals to see. They have nice large cages for the animals with many different spots to view them. No encounters available due to covid but still worth the visit

I loved the train ride and animals. There was a peacock that traveled all over the zoo. You can tell he runs the show there. He was so beautiful when he was trying to scare the other birds by spreading his feathers and shaking them. And this blue macaw there was actually trying to talk to us. He was so funny and beautiful. Only thing is i hate with the Covid-19 pandemic the zoo was basically empty. When the pandemic is hopefully over please go visit these magnificent and amazing creatures!
