Love working out here. It's always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Much different that the many gyms I have been to. No one bothers you, no one is mean and everyone is very respectful. People actually clean up after themselves when using equipment and put weights back when they are done. Other gyms it seems like people are rude and lazy and leave weights for you to deal with. Planet has plenty of equipment to use and enough to help you achieve your fitness goals. And you cant beat their rates! Dont downplay this place, it's all you need!
If I could give you no stars I would, probably the worst customer service I’ve had to deal with.
This is in the ideal location, with covid and everything going on they stand by the protocol and keep the facility clean and tidy. They are nice and willing to help you if you are confused about a certain exercise, would recommend planet fitness to many.
Great environment and friendly staff to help you.
