Summer Time

I just got here and boy are they packed in here today . ( Happy Easter ) I don't know how the out come will be this time being here. In the past I have won . place looks nice on the outside in fact here are a few pictures of the outside as the sun starting to set in the bright blue sky. Ill let you know how the out come is and maybe pictures of the inside . will have more pictures when I come back out . They do ask for mask to be on none smoking inside of the place. They do check your temperature before you walk all the way in.

Your temperature is checked before you enter the building. There are sanitation stations in all areas.. The facility was very clean. Just to be safe, half of the machines were disabled. (being socially distant-which I appreciate) All workers wore masks. I have only been twice and had good experiences both times. As the weather gets warmer, I will go back again.

Very nice casino. Love that on your first time they give you your loses back up to 1k to use again within the next 30 days. They also give 10 food credit. Seemed like there were a lot of people hitting jackpots, but it definitely was my husband or I. Our second time going out we used 300 in free play from our loses. We ended up making some back. The staff are quite helpful and polite. There are plenty of machines with a wide variety. We also ate at the BB King's Blues Club. I had the catfish and he had the Shrimp Po' Boy. The catfish was literally the best I have ever had and their hush puppies are on point. We had a super nice waitress, can't remember her name. The live music was great and drinks were also quite good. Definitely recommend.

It's lovely building and has very nice and helpful staff. Lots of nice clean restrooms. Just didn't win anything. Not one red cent For some reason I never win anything at tribe casinos. Not just this one. But it's still fun.

The room I stayed in was great. I had a walk in shower, which was nice. The casino staff was also very friendly and helpful. I lost my phone on the gaming floor and one of the staff members found it and brought it to security, which I really appreciated. As I was checking out the next day, another staff member named Joseph asked me if I needed help with my bags. I said I parked all the way on the other side of the building so he did not have to help me, but he insisted on doing so. He walked all the way to the other side with me and carried my bags, which I also really appreciated. I enjoyed my stay here at the hotel and the staff is excellent.

Always have a good time although certain times and day's are better depending on what you want to play.and I read that they give back up to 1k, I never received any notice nor anything like that so what's up with that, like to know the reason for that. I know that we spent a little over 1400. But had a good time although won nothing.

It was my first time there parking was easy they had a lot of covid-19 protection in place but when I went to the front desk to get a players card the agent was very nonchalant and rude. She even got my information wrong so now I have to wait to come back to Alabama to get it correct. I will try another one not this one

I was able to visit Wind Creek Montgomery and stay there for a few nights. I had a very positive experience with the hotel and staff, friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. Both of the restaurants there I was able to enjoy, and both were just as much of a positive experience as well. B.B. Kings was a place I wish was closer to my hometown, it was that good, I wished to experience it on a regular basis. Again, both places has friendly and helpful staff and was prompt. Late nights were a lil busy, but still great service. The casino experience is one that everyone takes home a different view... I won a little, i lost a little but had a great time playing. Which was the point of going to Wind Creek Montgomery. I went with my best friend of a year, our first trip together, and because if all the great things the hotel/casino had to offer, our experience was very positive and good for us both as well. I look forward to going back soon !
