HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Run from this place. The conditions are ghetto. Look around - you can find MUCH better in WB for the same price. :) I will say the maintenance crew was sweet. It's not their fault. It's management that is the real problem. I appreciate the information about the change of management -- but Jessica B. is still in management and was a key decision maker in not honoring on site management's promise regarding fees on leaving. Jessica made sure to collect over 5000 - knowing I had just gone through a double mastectomy and 6 months of chemotherapy. Despicable!

The leasing office has been so friendly and accommodating, and living here is comfortable and convenient - the location is perfect for us, with shopping within walking or biking distance. Route 199 is just a mile away but you wouldn't know it. The apartments are clean, bright, and spacious with plenty of trees and a pretty lake in the center of the property. We have renewed and don't have any plans to move any time soon. It fits all our needs - come check them out! :)
