The staff is friendly,but i think the price of service is a bit too high for the number of channels you receive.The picture reception is great,but i think they need to offer a more diverse variety of much more affordable packages or deals!

Was way better before they removed online bill pay. Great service but very inconvenient to have to call or personally go to Monticello or perchase a money order to pay my bill.
No service at all! Not very happy right now. This problem has been very consistent. I'm not one to complain but I have not TV or internet at all
I was just paying the internet bill. Staff is nice.
I work at a business in Warren and I swear we cant even get work done because the internet is always out and slow and when my boss thought he was getting a good deal well ya get what ya pay for and we should have stayed with att they was more reliable and faster. Bill Copeland will sugar coat this company for you but it aint worth ten dollars a month .
The employees are rude and sorry..... they dont care about their customers and I'ma just go ahead and say this I'll go to At&t before I ever deal with them again
Worst business ever. I paid my bill and got a call 10 minutes after leaving saying I needed to come back out and pay 59 more or it'll be disconnected. Go back to pay the 59 and was told I had to pay 85.03 or it'll be disconnected. Tried to get an explanation and nothing they said made any sense. A group of monkeys could run a business better than the people they have there.
