The service lady, Katie was awesome and did a great job. Very cognitive of COVID-19 and her advocates. She was helpful and understanding. However, whoever the person was that put my new weather tech mats in my vehicle was very sloppy! They threw my old mats in the back. This process of throwing caused the dirt to fly from the driver's floor mat to the back seats and floorboard. I just thought you should know! Not a very nice gesture on that person's part.
