Sat in donation line for 37 mins so far and I'm still 3 cars back not sure why it takes so long to take stuff from people but it's ridiculous. If you are on a time limit DONT DONATE HERE!!

I enjoy finding random things there. I sure wish ppl in this donation area had clothing I would wear. [Update 7.14.17 and change of rating] In what store policy do employees get 1st dibs over customers on the clock? I just had a purchase refused because she was going to sell it to her coworker! I just cant believe it?! I'm seriously curious about the policy too.

I was at good will in monticello on mon October 12 at 2 in the afternoon and the male cashier was so rude, I bought 14 articles of clothing including a winter coat and boots and he stuffed all this stuff into 2 bags, didnt say thank you or anything, walking to the car one of the bags bust open, clothes all over parking lot. And just so you know I would of bought alot more but you are overpriced on all your clothes. Furniture is reasonable

Organized with lots of variety. Clothing in all sizes and styles. Kids sports gear for pennies on the dollar. Always has lots of cheap costumes and ideas for Halloween. Great place to get housewares for a new home.

I was at the monticello store today aroudn 3pm 7 cashiers were just wondering around doing nothing, prices Way tooo expensive, they mark jeans for like 8.99 and Up when u can get they way sheaper for new at outlet mall, never coming back, now they dont have kid's day sale ... dont ask why, when u are going out of bussines very soon... Rather driving a little more to go to the mall...
