DO NOT BUY OR RENT IN Kinnebrook THE Manger is A Big Lair, She Lies to your Face and promises everything but her and the trailer park cannot deliver and has become a renters Park, they can't sell there new homes anymore, so they decided to rent them instead. Poor management and a discussing community. I'm out of here asap. Land rent is skyrocketing high and land taxes are very low, but they are added into the land rent @ 600.00 per month. Buy your own and much cheaper than 300.00 per month. Please do your homework, you will regret Living Here..Pool is disgusting and so is maintenance..

Management is constantly changing. Maintenance is great here but they only have 2 guys for a park with over 200 units. There is no communication between the 2 managers that were there. I've lived there before when it was under different management and it was the same story. The park is under renovation and new rule changes but until they fix management I will stick with 1 star. The rules are ridiculous as well. You can get a write up if you garbage can isn't in the right spot or even if your blinds are messed up in the slightest way. Beautiful park, horrible management.
