This was a single owner old bungalow colony which was bought by a group of individuals and now there are renters and owners at this location. The place needs a major overhaul as do most older colonies. The pool is decent. Years ago people could not forward air conditioning and they would try to escape the hot sweltering summer city streets by going north up state to the significantly cool air at the bungalow colonies.. All this has changed these days and most colonies which were used for only two months a year never got the much needed upkeep.
