Hands down the best value in town. Total cost per actual Mbps delivered vastly exceeds the competition. The symmetrical service has made working from home much easier, especially with all of the video meetings (most other carriers don’t offer symmetrical service). The connection is much more stable and consistent than either of my previous carriers here (small local WISP and large telco).

We recently got connected to Elevate Internet and the entire experience has been outstanding. Everyone we worked with from the customer service reps, fiber installers, and inhouse installers were professional, timely, and friendly. I really appreciate the caution the fiber installers took in our yard to be careful. The gigabit service is awesome - Thank you Elevate team.

I would love to have Elevate, however the 1 year contract, with no way out if you have to move out of state is a non starter. These no escape contracts are what is driving people away from cable and to streaming services. They will let you out of the 1 year contract if you move to a local area they don't serve, but if you move out of state they will make you pay off the remaining contract. Does that make any sense. Same old BS as the cable companies. Customer service rep was very polite, but apparently \Company Policy\ rules.

The service has been very fast and consistent, no matter the time of day or evening, which is even more essential now that so many of us are working remotely and attending school online. I've also been very impressed with how helpful and responsive everyone at Elevate has been. I think Elevate's reliability is due to both the good people they have working for them and the technology they use; it's hard to beat fiber for speed and reliability!

I just moved to Cedaredge 2 weeks ago from the front range, and have had an outstanding experience with Elevate from the beginning. When I first contacted them to set up internet approximately 2 weeks prior to moving, I was told that I would need to wait to set the appointment until I actually owned the house, which makes sense. I advised I would call back once our closing was done. Well, I didn’t have to call back because Skylar reached out to me to get things scheduled before I could call them! The construction crew that trenched the lines to the house were extremely friendly, professional and communicated everything they needed to do with me. The work performed was excellent. The inside crew also did a great job and our internet works great! Kudos to a well run operation!
