Dr. Reed and Ashley have been amazing. Always taking care of my health and sending me to the ER right on time. Love their service and Jen is always super pleasant every time I call. :)

I was with my passed Doctor for 26 years and he retired. I went to Doctor Reed and was so completed happy that I had my husband go to him too. He is such a caring human being and researches any discomfort or issues you may have. As for Jen I love her a ton, she is very helpful and always answers any questions I may have. Thanks so much for being here for us!

This office used to be fantastic. Ever since it changed over to moon valley health it has declined in service dramatically even though the same people work there. Jen has become completely unfriendly and the office is sometimes incompetent. It took nearly a week to get prescriptions filled with the correct dosage and timing. Now, they are only allowing 15 minute appointments and expect the patient to be on time to the minute, but are glad to make them wait when the doctor is running behind. Edit: The practice called me and discharged me for my review, citing 'it's really awkward to deal with a patient after they leave a negative review'. I'm sorry you're not professional enough to see a complaint and then continue working with a patient who is trying to get FMLA paperwork filled out. One star review remains for poor service.

Dr. Reed and his staff are truly amazing! They are kind, patient, and actually do care about their patients. You are never rushed, your concerns are heard and every time I walk in, i feel like part of the family! Thank you guys! i have been coming here for about 3 years now and love it!!

Front desk is completely disregards any thing. No proper fallow ups. If you calling first time. You have long days to wait for physician . That’s really surprising. Front desk has keep slots for new patients also. They seems ignored completely. I called front desk, no appointment until next 15 days. Do you want see Nurse practice-near , I said yes she will call you they said. Collected Name and phone number. But don’t call. I went to office that front desk lady is telling no appointment with Nurse practice near either. Complete disaster...,
