Moore Brothers was asked to repair water sprinkler leak at our vacation home. They arrived without informing residents, turned off water without informing residents. When asked about service and duration, the repairman (Frank) was unprofessional in his response and not sympathetic to residents disrupted use of water; laundry and showering. Poor professionalism and not a company I would seek again.
We are renting a unit on Hilton Hilton Island and needed a new garbage disposal and bathroom sink. The Moore Brother’s Plumbing company was available the next day and the plumber Nicolas was amazing. He was on time and very professional.
Frank and the rest of the folks at Moore Brothers are outstanding. Quality work, prompt/responsive. Have used them multiple times (once for large renovation, then follow-up maintenance work over the years for typical wear-and-tear stuff) and have always been happy with their work.
