I have read most of the reviews and agree with what I read. AZR seems to be a really cool place to work. I'm a truck driver and I go to many places that are no where as cool or helpful as AZR employees. So a big shout out to all of these employees and especially the lead man and material handlers. Had an interview and didn’t get the job. THANK GOD!!!! They work around a lot of LEAD. Which is dangerous. If lead is absorbed- this can cause more serious problems such as: kidney disease; brain or nerve damage; infertility. It can also lead to cancer. The foreman who conducted my interview said they don’t give raises. They start you out around 16 something. Which is above average. They do 12 hours and 7 days a week. No thanks!

Working for AZP has been a pleasant experience. I have been here 2 years now and I don't see myself being anywhere else. I have seen a few setbacks since starting work here, but I have also seen incredible come backs and ended up with solid solutions in the end. I do believe I work in a safe environment because everyone here has a number one goal of safety. I love the people I work with and the atmosphere we all have created around us.
