Our 94 year old mother has lived at Brandywine Moorestown for a year. She was reluctant at first, and just wanted to sit in her room. She cannot walk on her own, so mobility and assistance is key to her life. Within a short time the staff at Brandywine have become family. Every member of the staff, from the director , to the aides, housekeeping, the kitchen, nurses, and the activities department care and take time with the residents. When the pandemic started, Brandywine communicated new protocols, and has remained diligent in their efforts to keep everyone safe, and communicates weekly on staff and residents status. They make the residents and their well being their priority. Although this virus has caused concern and anxiety for everyone, my family and I are thankful every day she lives there. I could not imagine her living anywhere else. Now our 94 year old mother plays bingo, poker, paints, arranges flowers and looks forward to everyday. All of the daily activities are scheduled small groups, at a distance, and masked. She is living her last years very productive, happy, healthy, and safe.

Moving my Mom into Brandywine at Moorestown is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. My Mom has been at Brandywine for some time now, and recently she moved into their Reflections Unit as she needs more focused care for her acute dementia. I cannot say enough good things about the level of care she receives there. The staff is incredibly caring, kind, patient, and attentive. I consider them like family now, as they treat my Mom like she's their own. Most important of all, my Mom is happy. It's easy to tell by witnessing the rapport she has developed with the staff, and by the smile on her face every time I visit. Brandywine has provided a quality of life for my Mom that I simply could not. I am grateful to them every day.
Everyone that I have come in contact with has been extremely helpful and would go out of their way to answer any of your questions, or fill any of your request. Mom has been their for the last nine months and tells me how friendly and helpful the staff is. In these trying times that is not easy and I can only imagine what they can do when this pandemic has passed.Keep up the good work guys and thank you.
More like an upscale hotel, Brandywine Living at Moorestown Estates administers comprehensive and cheerful care to our cherished family members. This facility is well managed, super-clean and provides an assortment of various activities to engage the residents. Even in these trying times, the staff goes out of their way to effectively contribute to a safe, healthy and vibrant environment, yet offering access for family members to visit, albeit, with understandable strict guidelines. The health and wellbeing of residents (and staff) is tantamount, and updates are consistently communicated. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Ken Sadler
My 86 year old mother has been living here for a little over a year and we both have been so pleased with the level of care and attention she has received. The staff is amazing.
