There is a culture of secrecy and lies at Care-One. Due to COVID and visitation restriction, the patient is at the mercy of his caretakers. They do not answer the phones at the nurse’s station, and getting information on your loved one’s condition us an uphill climb. When you do get info, it is conflicting or they simply do not know. But the most egregious of all, was an unopened letter from his son, the last words to be read, and my dad was so ill he could not open it, and none if his caretakers read it to him, before he died, after contracting COVID at this facility.

Friendly and cheerful place. Good activities
I’m coming from an outside agency for 1 on 1 care with a patient. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly, welcoming and willing to show me around. Whatever I need, I know I’m allowed to ask for help! Underneath the staffs masks I know they’re smiling! I felt super welcomed and I’m glad I could come in to care for a patient 1 on 1 like the family wanted! The place is super clean has hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility and they take temperatures when you walk in and it’s definitely a place I feel safe at! So thank you Careone for making me feel safe keep up the great work!
CareOne Couldn't \Care Less\ for Patient Care! The place is beautiful looking and most of the nurses are nice but They Don't Take Care of the Patients.. My Father is on a ventilator for a month so far because they neglected to look at his urine output and didn't check on him until he was in Septic Shock!! They also lose things very easily and it sounds like it's routine.
Extremely dissatisfied with this place. Would never ever recommend anyone to send a family member here.
