I had a fantastic experience at Eyes on Lake Norman as a new patient. The staff was pleasant and quick to schedule my appointment. I was there for about 5 minutes before being called in, and Maria was amazing. She was genuinely interested in addressing my questions and concerns. Dr. Sugarman is also very personable and professional, I felt like I've known him for years as he immediately understood my frustration with the contacts I had been using and gave excellent recommendations. Amanda was kind enough to explain my insurance benefits (VSP), rebates, and shipping options. I highly recommend this office!
