I was referred to Mr. Carlos from a co-worker after a different local shop quoted me 25% more to have the same services done. Rock Solid came in at a lower price, were quick and did a great job. The owner even texted me 3 days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great customer service and I highly recommend.

With my Jaguar no longer being under warranty, it is very expensive to continue to get it serviced at the dealer. It has been hard finding a mechanic outside of the dealer who knew how service my Jaguar. I gave Rock Solid a chance to do my 48k service. They were professional, affordable, and most importantly, knowledgeable. My experience with them was good.
