It is always a good experience visiting here. They are always changing exhibits so there is something new to see. If you enjoy Scandinavian history it is a must see.

So enjoyed the exhibits here! Did the riverwalk tour and learned SO much! The church is so beautiful I didn't want to leave it! Worth the visit for sure!

The museum has a couple of interesting exhibits to supplement its star attractions, and the star are both worth a look. The replica viking boat and the stave church are both obvious examples of excellent craftsmanship and historical culture. This is a neat place to visit.

the church and viking ship are great!

Typically a fun event center. The viking ship is neat and there is a 30 minute documentary on it that's ok. The wooden church is very beutifual. The exhibits are usually getting shuffled in and out, sometimes national traveling exhibits do make it, most of the time its local history.
