My experience from beginning to end was great! The big, gorgeous white horse and the carriage was beautiful! Something out of a dream! Our driver really made our experience so great as well giving us more than we expected. I highly recommend for any event! Truly amazing!

Susan is amazing. She really works with you. I decided to surprise my 8 year old on her social distanced birthday with a Cinderella carriage. They truly went above and beyond for us and made this day very memorable. Ted and Laura are so sweet. I truly recommend this company. Specially now with Covid and small groups it makes the events magical. Thank you so much for everything.
Do not use this company. They promised us a refund after we could not use the horse for our wedding after we gave them more than 30 day notice. They promised to give us a full refund and now they won’t answer our calls. Do not use them they are fraudulent and do not use good business practices.
We used Enchanted Carriages to get a white horse for the Baraat (as part of our Hindu Ceremony). Susan was our contact and was amazing at communicating all details with us. Enchanted Carriages had a beautiful horse and matching decorations for different wedding colors. They shared all the pictures with us in advance to help us make our decisions. On the day of our wedding, the team was there on time (and our wedding was in the Coachella Valley) and the horse looked beautiful. Everyone wanted a picture with the horse!!! If you need a horse for a Hindu wedding, we highly recommend Enchanted Carriages.
