My mother and I were looking to trade in her travel trailer for a newer used travel trailer. We were pleased that Oak Lake had a few options for us to choose from. We are first time motorhome buyers and couldn't have been happier with our dealer selection! It took us two years to finally decide on a make, model, and floor plan. We met the Oak Lake team a month ago and the entire team that we dealt with were professional and super duper nice - Bill, Alan, Kenny, Jim, and others that helped us get our Coachmen Orion T24RB home today! A lot of focus on making sure we're comfortable with our purchase, know the features and functionalities, and just good old fashion GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The service department is top notch! My Flagstaff travel trailer had extensive water damage to the floor. Jim gave me a \Not more than\ estimate due to the fact that they wouldn't know the exact extent until they got into it. He told me that way I would be even happier if it came in below that number. It turned out that the damage to the floor wasn't as wide spread but the aluminum cross members were oxidized (rotted). They put new tube aluminum in, replace the rotted floor with pressure-treated 3/4 in plywood, taped the seams, laid down a 1/4 in underlayment and then put down new vinyl. When he realized the floor was solid under my cabinets, Jim called me and asked if I would like to save 1300. By not having to demo the cabinets, it saved that much in labor and materials. Thank you again to Jim and the service department. My trailer looks fantastic and is serviceable once again. Oh, and BTW, It was expected to be left over the winter. I had it back within a month and the cost was 2/3 of the worst case scenario. I will be back if I need anything else.
