If I stoled this stove from them I would take it back I don't know what happened to the Alaskan company but to sell me a stove with no blower controls either on or off is ridiculous and you have 2 go through the telephone lines and grab people by the throat to get back to you I will go next time back to keystoker stoves if I stoled this stove from them I

Having a very hard time with Alaska Stove. I bought a gas fireplace for almost 6000. However it needs maintenance as it has been a few years. I am now paralyzed and cannot get to the store to talk with Craig to schedule a visit. Have called them them call last year several times but they never called back. This year fireplace is not working and have called them 7 or 8 times but no joy. Women who Answer's phone says they will call to schedule maintenance visit but once again they have not followed through. Also most times when I call all I get is a answering machine. So what is going on here? I liked them and love my fireplace but now when I really need them they have disappeared on me.
