Our Pony Club traveled nearly two hours to come to Dover for a shopping spree. Some traffic or construction event caused the power to go out at the store, forcing management to close their doors for the day. Somehow they were able to accommodate our group though! We had a ball shopping in the near dark and had excellent customer service. My only complaint is that I wish they had more of the high end tack featured in the catalogs.
Terrible customer service. I made an order of airbag canister refill online. On the website it claims \2-9 business day delivery\, with 40 extra charge on shipping. However 11 days after the payment I have not even got the tracking number of my order. I have contacted their customer service 3 times through email and 1 time through the phone and finally I got my tracking number, with a week delayed estimated delivery date.

Dover Saddlery has been amazing all the years I have been riding horses. It only gets better every time I go. Prices can be quite high, but the tack is made with very soft, smooth leather. I personally would recommend shopping at Dover during sales, especially the huge sale around September. During the sales, prices drop A LOT, and all the tack is in great condition. For example: In the sale in Fall I got a Dressage bridle that was in perfect shape for 30 dollars and a super soft lunge line for 10 dollars. Keep in mind the sale in Fall is selling mostly used and returned items that did not work for people and their horses, which is I think why the prices are so low. So far though the tack and items from the Fall sale were perfect and still are in great shape! Over all Dover Saddlery is a great place for riders to buy tack and other items that will last for a long time!!! Thank you Dover.
