We scheduled an appointment after reading about Holman Distillery in the NYTimes. John was GREAT - friendly, informative, funny, and really down to earth. We enjoyed hearing how he got into this and how each of his products was made. It was neat to visit the only place in the country producing legitimate applejack, a really unique and cool experience. Tasted everything, asked for a couple extra samples of a couple to decide on a favorite, and in the end, we just bought it all! As did the other couple we went with!

Great visit. Beautiful spot! John is very knowledgable and also alot of fun. And the apple Jack is very good and unusual. We went with 4 friends and everyone had a great time!

Bridge Out - No Problem John was very accommodating. The weather was GREAT, and we met just out front of the distillery. We wore masks and kept our distance. Learned a lot about distilling and jacking. Thank you.

They have the determination and expertise to create some fantastic beverages, that you can only find here !!! They are respectful of your health in todays environment by encouraging the use of masks and social distancing, so they can share their products with you, for tasting, in a safe environment !!!!! Put Holman Distillery on your \Must see\ list, and also on your \Must Taste\ list !!!!!

The Holmans are great folks who really take the time to show you how the distillery works. Their Vodka is unique because the water they use is crystal clear. Make sure you take the tour and I’m sure you’ll see many animals along the way. They’re a family owned business and truly care about their products and customers. Highly recommend visiting them!
