I have never been a patient somewhere and actually felt like a person, not a number. The staff are genuinely caring and thoughtful. I am confident in the care plan made specifically for me, and their caring goes well beyond just myself. They care about the whole family!
I’ve been a patient at this office for over a decade and they have given me exceptional care since day one. The doctors are top notch and I plan on and look forward to remaining a patient of theirs for the next decade to come. Hats off to Dr. Drew and staff
I walked out after they explained that the office in Jacksonville that handles registration did not give me the correct information. They told me the same thing for both of my kids on two separate occasions. \your initial visit is 160 when paying out of pocket and any following visits are 60\ They did not tell me that the MD and the therapists apparently are treated as separate practices and have separate fees. In reality, it is 160 for your initial visit with their MD who visits you via web cast. It is another 160 or 150, depending on who you talk to, for your first visit with a therapist. The medical follow ups for medication are 60 each and therapy follow ups are 85 each. They made no offer to honor what they advertised initially and I did not have another 160 for an appointment that I had been told would cost 60. I will get help for my children elsewhere and I hope this place goes out of business. They have turned an industry that should be helping people into a money racket and they lie.
Absolutely awful excuse for a psychiatric center. Turned me away because I didn’t have my ID. After having waited two months for an appointment you can imagine how mad I was after they turned me away because I didn’t have My ID. I’m concerned for other people who have mental health issues worse than mine and the care that they would receive here. I can’t imagine somebody on the verge of suicide being turned away simply because they didn’t have and ID, It’s cruel and abhorrent
