I began to feel unwell during a check up and started to pass out. I let the nurse know I was going down and her and the rest of the staff jumped into action so quickly. They gave me everything I needed as we’ll as helped keep me from actually passing out. Absolutely lovely ladies. I appreciate their preparation and attentiveness up until I left I was asked if I was doing okay.

i have been to many pph before, i been in this location many times and the service was not as good, they have new personal and its the best service i haver ever recieved at a planned parenthood, very helpful and knowledgeable they answer all my questions, very polite and caring.. the front desk lady with short blonde hair was very helpful and helped me with my insurance, Maura medical assistant and Zarah nurse practioner have a great attitude, i felt very comfortable and cared for, they are very sweet and with a happy positive attitude, im glad they assisted me.. Zarah removed my Paragard with no pain compared to other times, and inserted a Mirena with almost no pain compared to the last time that i got my paragard( i almost cried tht time).. very clean and very cautious of the sprend germs/covid im really happy thank you ladies and Planned Parenthood... btw this is the first time i write a review on anything ever
