If you're training for an event, Sound will help you form a plan and meet your goals. There is extra support built-in to group rides at the studio which allow you to train on your bike in a controlled environment. You can make new friends and see familiar faces at local events for which Sound members often receive discounts.

Aside from the value of previewing the course, Peter has a wealth of information he generously shares about how to approach the course, nutrition and race day strategies. It’s also super motivating to ride with a group - helps make long hours in the saddle fun
I love MoreWatts cycling! The workouts are challenging and help you grow into a better cyclist and triathlete. The studio is nice and each person gets their own fan to keep them cool. Coach Peter provides positive motivation throughout the ride!

Peter helped me achieve what I thought was impossible for a lazy person like me...from couch to 10k in less than eight weeks! I tried to train on my own (or with various hone apps) but I was never able to progress so quickly as when training in Sound Cycling Studio. Peter, Jennifer and Andrew are great instructors and will make an athlete from anybody!

The coaching I received from Sound Cycling Studio and Training was really amazing. Doing a 70.3 distance triathlon had been a long time goal of mine. Coach Peter helped me get there. When race day came I felt prepared and had a really great experience. When other athletes had to get off their bikes and walk up a very steep hill on the course, I passed them with no problem. Funny, considering I had lost sleep over the fear of that hill during training. Another amazing thing with Coach Peter’s plan was I WAS NEVER SORE in a bad way and I NEVER GOT INJURED! I will 100% use Sound Coaching when I decide to do a full marathon and full Ironman in the future. I highly recommend Peter & Jennifer.
Peter and Jennifer are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, friendly, and encouraging. I always enjoy spending time with them, and have learned a lot about training and triathlons.
