Not recommended, after a lifetime of optometric services all over the world for glasses, contacts and a rare eye condition. Danny was great with customer service, and their original optometrist was excellent but he left, as owners are rude, overcharge frequently, misrepresent prices. They even denied my vision insurance covered me at all, despite proof I presented. At one point owner had a substitute optometrist ush\ my eye exam, after calling her aside for a lecture- and then just copy out a 5 year old Rx when I asked for a copy- after which I was charged double the eye exam price I'd been quoted when making the appointment. So, I went elsewhere the next day and had another exam because I knew my vision had changed, and of course received a new updated Rx for contacts and glasses. Plus, no attitude or bait and switch pricing. Unprofessional, despite so much competition, but happily there are many alternatives!

Let me start by saying I only called to see if they accept my insurance wich they don’t unfortunately but what amazed me was Anna the receptionist she not only made me feel like I was welcomed regardless of the insurance she also went out of her way and gave me advice and how to get myself covered for eye care I highly recommend she be promoted and rewarded for her great customer skills and professionalism she is honestly the best most people give me a cold voice and say no we don’t accept your insurance and hang up she did none of that she took care of me thank you so much Anna!!
