I had a pair of decade old 3D glasses that had a dead battery. This was a unique, delicate piece of equipment that had slim to none information online on how to take it apart, let alone replace the battery. After about a week they had it fixed up and soldered without any glue needed for the delicate parts, and without even needing to order a battery because they had a compatible one with 30% extra capacity laying around. Can't emphasize enough how happy I am with how they did, I thought at least they would need to order a battery that fit into the tiny compartment, but they didn't even need to do that and improved the battery performance of the device to boot. Legends!!

Whoever I have been in contact with is very rude. This person came off real smart mouth ish. I think it’s because I’m not doing business on their time. They really wanted my phone and I wanted to stick with my offer but the phone needed to be paid off. I upgraded so pretty much they were telling me it was stolen. Or they could hold on to it until I paid it off. Seems real sketch to me. Anyways they were extremely rude to me and I refuse to do business with someone who thinks I stole a phone or anyone who comes at me.
