I had an issue with being overcharged for my water, and was hesitant to contact due to previous reviews. I emailed the customer service contact this weekend and spoke with Amy, the Customer Service Supervisor, yesterday. Amy was very kind and polite and helped me understand the issue, had an employee come read my meter the same day, and followed up with a solution this morning. I have never had a better customer service experience, especially via email, with a utility company before. Very pleased with my experience!

During the polar vortex, I woke up and had no running water. After googling how to fix it, I started at the furthest pipe with a hairdryer to thaw out the pipes. I finally made it to the main shutoff but didn't find the blockage. I called MUB. He was here within 20 minutes. It was a frozen water meter. So he thawed it out by lighting a fire under it. That did it. I got a text from MUB saying that it was fixed 30 minutes after I first called. They were busy but for me it was fast and did the job. He insulated the meter because if it happened once, it will happen again. Thanks global climate change.
They are ripping us off it is ashamed what they are doing to my mother . And she is on a fixed income I have called and called and gave the run around. I think we all need to call channel 12 news and get things done .It is horrible the way they treat people. I'm going to do something about it
I had a busted frozen water break, a lot of the water went on the ground and not in the sewer. I called them to adjust my bill, you are entitled to one a year, They wanted me to crawl underneath the trailer to take a picture of it. I said you are crazy, they then stated get a invoice from your repairman, I did. But that was not good enough, basically they called me and my contractor a liar. I am still fighting over them to reduce the sewer bill, not the actual water, sewer was another 68.00 added on. These people act like you are taking it out of their own personal pockets, and treat you like you are robbing the water company, by trying to reduce my bill!! I am totally unhappy with them.!!!
