Best dealership experience I've ever experienced. Working with the team at morries was just simply awesome. They made me and my wife feel right at home. They were the most transparent dealer we ever witnessed to date. No surprises at all, the whole process was quick and easy. Shout out to Ed, he got us a great deal on a vehicle and we were able to go home with it in record time. Usually you have to spend hours upon hours at the dealer. So very happy to have a Honda dealership closer than the Milwaukee location! Not only is the location convenient but the Service Department is PHENOMENAL! I was so impressed with the beautiful new facility and the top of the line customer service provided to me by James and Jeff. Loved the video I was sent about how everything looked and seeing the underside of my car for the first time! I cannot wait to return for all of my service (and purchasing needs) in the future! I like the way that the mechanic videoed all the work in progress. Like checking brake fluid, timing belt, oil, tire depth, shocks, air filters, including the cabin air filter. They did a great job. I will be taking my Honda Van there from now on. Keep up the good work. Not out of line with there prices. Friendly and helpful people. Thanks Gail

Larry was great to work with! Really made me feel welcome and at ease even toured the facility’s state of the art service bay, parts shop, and entertainment room for kids off the refreshments area while waiting on the finalization for buying my car today. I’ll be back for any servicing my vehicle needs even had my brother-in-law not recommended this place. Thank you so much to everyone else who also helped get me in my new car today!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were really good at managing the price and were willing to look for all discounts and deals available to us. I did not feel undue pressure at any step, but felt I was given all the information to make the right decision. The location is perfect (finally a Honda in West Bend!), and the facility is wonderful, very welcoming and clean.

I live in San Diego and found on-line a used truck up for sale at Morrie's. I initially worked with Ed and then with Tracy and Larry. I committed to buying the truck off a video walkaround that Tracy prepared. All of this was done in about an hour. I flew to Milwaukee the next day and met all three sales people. The truck was exactly as described and beautiful. The deal was consummated in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase experience at Morrie's. I was definitely taking a risk but in the end the Morrie's sales team was just super honest and a pleasure to work with. What more could you ask for? I never write Google reviews but in this case I made an exception. This is a great dealership!

Was very skeptical on going in, since car’s sales people are very pushy, (from seeing first hand) but I was very glad I choose Morries Honda, Ryan was very fun to work with and helped me answer any questions I had.
