John in service worked real hard to get my wheel in time for me to take my son to college. He had help from the main parts guy tracking down why GM was taking so long to ship. Got it in the nick of time and had a great trip down to Mizzou. Thanks guys!!

Simply the greatest experience buying a car that I've ever had. Everyone from the sales rep, to the underwriter, to the owner made an impression on me while we went through the process of buying a car. I won't go into details on a public page, but this dealership did more than required for me and my family to get us into a safe vehicle, and it didn't go unnoticed. Honest, good natured stuff that you just don't get from businesses anymore. A month later we even received a hand written letter from our sales rep, Glen, with a set of spare keys for our vehicle that weren't available at purchase. We didn't expect to ever get them, it wasn't discussed, and it shows how much this dealership cares about their customers even after the sale. Thank you, everyone at D'Arcy.

Time for an oil change... scheduling was able to provide same day appointment... Service took the car in right away...full service, oil change, check and top off all other fluids, rotate tires, reset computer and offer roadside assistance program for my protection. Thank-you Rick, Brian and John. PS...nice to see extra precautions taken due to current pandemic... Greatly appreciated.
