Rude phone receptionist after pressing zero. Imagine being rude to someone who only asked the hours they test for covid. Please WANT to treat people well/kindly since you guys are a HEALTH DEPARTMENT, here to take care of people.

I got tested for covid 19, they barely rubbed the outline of my nostrils and it was negative. I continued to have symptoms and went to the er and they put the swabs way back in my nose and it tested positive. Do not, I repeat, do not rely on the health department covid 19 test.
