Plenty of good walking areas for those like me who have heart disease and diabetes. Walking is vital for me to maintain a healthy weight and care for my ailments. The small hills are great in the city parks and offer just enough resistance for a pleasing workout. The parks are so well cared for and the workers who tend them are super nice. I try to get in 3 to 5 miles per day. We are so blessed to have all these nice parks nearby.
