Teri Hackett this is a weird day I went outside to go to work this morning and my car was missing from outside of my apartment complex. At this time I’m going crazy. I call 911 My family like where is my car I have to go to work. I’m thinking someone stole my car. One of my neighbors come to me and tell me that my red car was towed this morning at 4:59 like what I been living at this place since June my car is up to date on EVERYTHING. I really feel like money was STOLEN from me today I had to pay 190 to get my car out the impound. I was at the towing place since 7:30 am the place says their open 24 hours I called them maybe 15 times someone didn’t come to open the place up until 9:00 Am it was 29 degrees outside today I had to call out of work I lost so much MONEY today it wasn’t even funny. From the cost to get my car out from the Uber from not going to work today. Rent due on the first. Im the only person that provide for my daughter like I’m so hurt right now. The guy at the tow place called the police on me and lied on me and said I tried to run him over. This day is literally a day from hell imagine you come outside and your car is gone. This place is evil Fr like my car was token out my from apartment complex like Fr I feel violated for months there was never an issue now today they want to be funny I really though someone stole my car

Ricardo is the man.. He came out and jumped my fiance scion car we thought it was the fuel pump all it needed was a jump.. he's a very smart man he deserves a raise. Very good guy. I'll definitely be using this service for the future.

Had the alternator die on my F150, Ricardo showed up within 15 minutes and was friendly professional and funny. He hooked me up in under 10 minutes and towed me home safely. Great guy, awesome experience and will definitely use them again in the future. A highly recommended.
