I feel safe at the commons. There's always plenty of parking. It's close to all the shopping areas and highways. The residents are diverse but they're nice and respectful. The grounds are well maintained. Overall it's just a comfortable place to live.

I have to say the first year was pretty rough. Throughout time, speaking to management about your concerns and watching them address the issues took time. I enjoy my neighbors and their company and everyone in this building is down to earth. It is very quiet and peaceful. This is much needed for most of us who work two jobs and need the silence when we get home. The grounds are well kept for the most part. Although the garbage compactor is emptied regularly, trash seems to be accumulated more frequently than most developments causing a very unattractive scene that most people complain about. I am very earthy so I try to recycle more and I do not accumulate as much trash to avoid contributing to the issue that seems to be ongoing. This development is costly, however if you plan to stay for 1-3 years the cost of living goes up every year and the range varies upon renewal. The winter months they keep the sidewalks clean and plow, just a friendly reminder to move your car so you do not get plowed in. The summer, spring, and fall months are always nice. It is a well kept community and the maintenance follow up rather quickly when you request it. I have not experienced maintenance issues inside my apartment other than normal wear and tear. I have a second floor apartment, for about 5 1/2 years and the management team at the Commons at Fallsington at this time are on point with every issue that is brought to their attention from my personal experience. If you choose this development, ask as many questions to please your concerns. My experience may not be like others but it is a very good experience! -Thank you for reading!
