Rob Corey is terrible!! They take your money that day, dont answer your phone calls, and then you have to wait for your 150 dollar deposit back. I've been waiting over two months now. I've left them messages and they refuse to call back. Thank god I didnt rent from these people and decided to go with the place I am in now!

I was a resident at Wellington Woods for about 5 months with the intention of staying for at least 3 years. First off Sherrie and COrey are wonderful and do their best. The apartment attracts a certain crowd and produces a environment that is unpleasant and at times unsafe. I had to call the police three times on my neighbors. I had a constant smell of Marijuana coming from the Hallway, from the floor from the apartment below as well. My neighbor beside me played loud music without consideration for others. I had to sleep in my living room to get away from the main source of the smell which was my bedroom. The fire alarm was set off in the building from people smoking in their apartments it was so bad. I had to end my contract to get away from the unpleasant environment The buildings are old, floor creeks everywhere and god forbid you live on the bottom floors with someone above you. The kitchen was updated but everything else was old. I could barely open my windows without the shades falling out and them staying open. Trash was also a issue. People didn't care threw it everywhere and on the weekends the dumpster overflowed and just went everywhere. Maintenance and customer service are very good and kind, Just have their hands tied. Ill give two stars simply for this fact. Otherwise 1 star. I do not recommend.

I was a resident at Wellington Woods for four years from 2015-2019. Initially it was a much nicer apartment complex in every way than the one I moved from on the other side of Morrisville. The first two years the neighborhood was quiet. Things started to change as more cars with New Jersey plates started moving in, Trenton is across the river after all. I had a rental car that was broken into, litter started getting worse and the new neighbors were loud all the time. The trash compactor overflows on the weekend because no one runs it and the office doesn't enforce the rules. The maintenance team are really nice but their hands are tied by the cheapness of the property management. Prepare to have multiple calls to fix your issue on the cheap. The week before I moved someone jammed their key into the building door breaking the lock. Rather than replacing the lock with another lock maintenance just replaced it with a normal door knob. Now anyone had access to my building. My wife started to feel unsafe with stuff like that going on. Corey and Sherri are really nice its just that there's not much they can do when Viking property management ties their hands. For the rent I was paying I didn't expect five stars, I just wanted to feel safe and not see trash all over.

I really like living here. It's a quiet neighborhood. Really good school district and close to The Mall and a few really nice shopping centers. If you're a health nut there's a nice Farmers Market down the road. If not there's a million really good Pizza places in the area.The people in the rental office are also very pleasant. I call Corey almost every day asking if he has packages for me and he's always so nice about it. I'm sure I annoy him lol. Great affordable place to live. I do wish weekend parking was better.
