We had a great experience with Morrone Painting. They were very responsive, super helpful with paint matching and are very knowledgeable which I'm sure helped us get great results. We only painted the upper floor of our home that had dirt from the roof on it, but it looks perfect and they finished in an hour or two. Planning on having them paint our impact doors next to to give them a fresh look.
I cannot say enough about Joe and the amazing painting job that he has done at my home. I contacted Joe after getting his phone number from my daughter in law, who he did some painting for. He gave me a quote and the time he could start and the days it would take and he was true to his word, he is a true professional and I am well pleased with the job he has done. I had an idea of the colors i wanted to use , but wasn't sure how they would complement each other,He helped me to pick out the different shades and it's beautiful. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation.
We just had the exterior of our condo repainted by Morrone Painting and are very please with both the experience and the quality of the work. If you have ever contracted for any significant job in South Florida you know how challenging it can be to find a contractor you can trust to do a good job at a fair price. Our Board received 3 different quotes and Morrone's came in at a very competitive price accompanied by a very detailed statement of work which greatly helped us in our selection as we knew exactly what we were paying for. Joe is the single point of contact and communicates well via text and phone, we could always get ahold of him and he was onsite to supervise the project. (He lives in Miami Beach so always able to come by) We liked the fact that they applied the paint using both a sprayer and roller to backroll, If you have a stucco exterior it makes a difference as it get into all the cracks and gives better coverage. Joe's crew was also very careful to mask off the balconies and masking of areas not to be painted which was a major issue the last time we had the building painted. Joe came at very short notice to evaluate a rush project for a rental. He showed up the following day to complete the majority of what we needed. All the work was top notch and we are continuing to use Joe for other projects. I’m exceedingly surprised to have lucked out once on a contractor in the area. So far dealing with Joe has been the best experience in the Miami Beach area as far as contractors are concerned.
