The employee here was very professional and I appreciate her working with me after my lab samples arrived too late to the lab in CA to process the first time due to an unexplained FedEx delay, even after verifying holiday schedules. I was very frustrated when I had to reschedule my dr appointment and push everything out another month and then return for a redraw. The same employee was working both times and even though the problem was caused by FedEx she worked with me to waive the second draw fee so that I wasn't paying twice for the same thing. The collection process was very smooth both times. I appreciate Any Lab Test Now in Jonesboro for helping make better a negative situation caused by FedEx.
