Georgia Child Support System is completely JACKED UP! They don't collect nothing, they don't look for nothing, I'm still to this day trying to understand how in the heck my older 3 children father owes me over 50k, and have been in and out of the prison, and had work release, got out with money, and not a dollar collected from him. I have to provide all my information though, and have taken off work, and go through loops to gather information by a deadline. What happen to the freakin deadline for them. This system is horrible and some high official really need to take a look into this. There has to be a better way. Seem like the parent seeking child support is the one under attack. But I do thank God that I've maintain an awesome career that has allowed me to support my children all these years on my own. I have 3 boys that I've had child support on all their lives, they are ages 17 (soon to be 18), one turned 17 today, and 15 (soon to turn 16), and I can count on 1 hand how many times I've received a child support payment out of all the years. And yes, I've done my part cause my child support has remained open and will continue. I just pray someone helps this system, there are parents out there (women and men) that is in high need of this assistance.

Yes i give Ms Mohoumand a 5, sorry about the spelling, Ive been battling with with DFACS for many years. Its been several years since ive been in a office because of past experience This time was different. She took her time answered all my questions. Left feeling like i got something done. Which i did. Good job!!-

I have gone to this place numerous times to get a situation resolved and I still cant get any help! Its sad! This place should be shut down because they do not help. The customer service line sucks! you can send several emails about your case and get not one reply! NOT A FAN

Bring your patience with you. The person at the window has only a little knowledge about your case or how the system works. Once you get pass her then your case worker can give you some real understanding.
