Our sales person, Mr. CHRIS BROWN was very thorough. He explained everything to us in a way that we understood the processes of purchasing a new car in the 21st century. He was very accommodating and patient as we are senior citizens and not so technology savvy. He walked us through putting necessary apps on our cellphones. Chris Brown. our salesperson was very personable. He made certain our new purchase was cleaned to our satisfaction. After a few days, Mr. Brown even did a follow up call to see if I was enjoying driving my new car.

When I choose to pay a premium to get my car serviced at the dealership I expect a high level of service. I came for scheduled service and a problem with a tire. A nail was found in the tire, and service had no access to the warranty I purchased when I bought the car AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I had to go over to finance and get the information myself. I would also expect that they could provide a light detail So I’d get back a “freshened up” car. Didn’t happen.
