Anytime I visit Nissan of Morrow for services, it is always an exceptional experience. On this specific visit the Service Advisor named Randy Morse was phenomenal!!!! He is level of customer service was stellar! He was prompt, proficient and efficient. He not only assisted me with the services that I was there for, but he also attended to the needs of other questions and requests that I had. He took the time to check on me while I waited for my vehicle and took care of my needs. I am truly impressed and pleased with how important it was to him to take care of me and my vehicle. KUDOS TO RANDY MORSE FOR PROVIDING ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience on Saturday. I left my car to get an oil change, tire rotation and engine filter replacement. I was called and told my car was ready. I get home and the car is smoking!! I opened the hood to see engine oil EVERYWHERE! Oil all over my engine...oil dripping from the hood...oil at the base of my windshield dripping in to the vents!! After the smoke calmed down, I tried to see why or where it was coming from. I realized that they didn't even put the oil cap back on! Not only that...they also left the cap off on my wiper fluid! I felt like this had to be a running theme because even my battery cap was not snapped back on! At 3:30 I called and was told by a young lady that they stop taking service at 2 and close in 30 min so NO ONE WANTED HELP ME, unless I was there before 4. I live 30 min away so I couldn't. She basically told me sorry. *Side note* I called Nissan Union city first (by mistake). The young man that answered said he would see who worked on the car and they would stay behind and fix the issue for me. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Back to Morrow, I asked for the manager but was told he wasn't there and v mail box is full. I'm told I have to wait until Monday to get the problem resolved. This left me beyond upset & frustrated because I felt like no one there truly cares about the customer (not the sloppy mechanics or service operator). I'm just glad me & my daughter made it home safely after trying to calm her down because she was yelling about smoke coming out! Never again!!

I went in to get my car serviced, and left with a brand new car. The time it took to complete all transactions was 3 hours.. The salesman Nick was so efficient, professional and catered to my needs. I felt so comfortable with him. I didn't feel pressured about buying the car. He explained everything to me, so that I could understand every aspect of the deal. This is my second time working with Nick, and will recommend him to my family and friends. I love my 2020 Nissan Kicks.

Very professional! In tuned with your vehicle. Comfortable environment and spaced well for six feet during these pandemic times. Customer service oriented environment. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member because this place was recommended to me by a family member!
