Nick Ferrante is absolutely incredible, very professional yet he makes you feel you just talking with your best bud. He was extremely responsive even in text messaging. If I had any questions he was always there to answer, (no question is a dumb question to him) as a first time home buyer he made it very easy to understand all of the things I had questions about. He will guide you on what to do and what not to do. Follow that and you'll get to your home goal as quickly as you think. His video explanation is a plus. I really enjoyed working with him.
