I worked with Matthew J. Kirk and his team and they were fast and professional. Being a first time home buyer was stressful but they made sure everything went smoothly. To top it off Matthew gave me a few referrals that saved me hundreds of dollars per year in home owners insurance and that referral led to another that saved me several hundred with a home security system. One day I was listening to a local radio talk show giving an interview to the VDHA, they were stating the income limits and gave the website. I wanted to purchase the home that I was renting, but tbh was very nervous about the whole process. Once I went to the website they said the #1 closer's on those types of loans in our area was the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. That evening 11/16/2017, I sent an email and got a response in minutes from Matthew Kirk. I was already pre-approved by the morning, the team sent me everything they needed from me in one list. I got it back to them and closed on my house 12/15/2017. Something that I thought would always stay a dream, is now my reality. Matthew Kirk & Gabrielle Hartman made this a cake walk. I am so glad I did my research. I know that Mortgage Companies are for profit, but I really do feel that they chose what was best for my budget & families needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially people who are buying for the first time.
