We had a great experience working with the dealers here! Tim Ohansian and Rehmon Benyamin were great. Tim picked up the car we wanted from another dealer and then delivered our car to our house even though it was getting late. They were really knowledgeable and gave us a great price on the Q5 we had our hearts set on. They were super accommodating to our needs, helping us find solutions with our toddler while we got down to brass tacks. They even got Henry an Audi sippy cup that made his day. Thanks guys!

I’ve been coming to this location since moving back to the area 2.5 years ago to service my Audi SQ5. Previously had nice experience, staff warm and welcoming. Loaner car was always a match to my car. I come today for a drop off for service and walk in - no greeting. Not one person greets me. I work my way over to someone that seems to be free and he starts checking me in. I look around and, mind you, we are still in the midst of a global pandemic. I look over to find a staff member get out of a TT and his mask is around his chin. Walking around the bay - mask around his chin. As a physician that has been front lines battling this virus, watching this dude walk around with a mask around his chin without a care in the world in the front of the house makes me wonder just how strict they are about the masking policy in the back where customers aren’t allowed. It’s like a punch in the face. Manager Veronica tried to reassure me of their strict protocols and I’d hate for one bad apple to ruin the bunch, but I have my doubts. If this guy is behaving like that in plain view of the customers I can only speculate the behavior behind closed doors. Then off I go in an A3 loaner. Here’s hoping my car is serviced appropriately and they don’t mess with my property for voicing my concerns about this. I will not be returning to this location for service or the purchase of my next car. I’ll update this review once I get my car back.

Service is good, but their mask policy needs improvement. When you see salesmen sitting at their desk without a mask. That's not a place to do business.

I had a really good experience buying my my new car from Audi of Morton Grove. I don’t have much experience buying a car and am a single woman. I was intimidated walking into the dealership. I worked with Rony. He helped me figure out what car was the best fit for me and my budget. I ended up getting a lot more than I expected. Everyone I worked with through the process was amazing. I was extremely comfortable and they really worked with me to pull something together. I would recommend visiting if you are shopping for a car. Thank you guys!
