Couple years of lessons here. Mixed views. Some instructors are really great. But stable is inflexible on rules and communication isn't great.

I have been riding here for 2 years 3 years in 2monthes and let me just say I love this place I enjoy everyday I come here and more than I love my friends who I used to work with everyday can’t anymore because of covid but more than I love hanging out with them I love my trainer, Emily she’s so amazing, she puts all her time into the lessons, and even better I love the horses! Especially Moose, Petey, and Cody! The only thing I don’t like so much is the attitudes from some ppl there won’t say who but everything else is magical and I definitely recommend this place
Horrible place! First time we made an appointment via phone, they told us a time and day we can come, so we did. Once we got there , they said our names aren’t on the list and they asked us several times if we got an appointment at some other place .when we got there they said the person who made an appointment never added us on a waiting list\u200d️ Then we filled up all the forms, they said we can come next week, we agreed. once we got there, they were extremely rude and said they can’t provide a service today ,without even explaining, they said “ we have some errands today” we were shocked because we filled up all the paperwork and were invited to come . they promised to add us on a waiting list twice in a row, and they never did . At least you could let us know we’re not welcome there for some reason, and we would find some other place for a lessons, as simple as that ! So glad I never got that lesson ! Such a lack of customer service!
I had coach Paula. She was horrible. I had to switch trainors because my old one left the barn, and I had coach Paula, and I heard that no one liked her. I got her, and loved her. However, the more lessons I had, the more I hated her. She would yell every lesson, which I understand, however, she yelled at me, when I was not even on the horse. The barn is so crowded when riding, and there are way too many horses, and too many coaches yelling. I went to another barn, and love it, that I quit going to Glen Grove. I am so much more happier at my new barn, and all ready have my first WORLD WIDE show, all thanks to my new trainer, that is not at Glen Grove!!!
