Travis at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I wasn't able to open my storage unit because it was so crammed. He helped me for close to an hour and we finally got it open (and with a great attitude).

Good clean -ish spot. Still leaves from fall in the hallway and they do not shovel the snow or salt near the doors, making loading and unloading slippery and dangerous. Unit fine tho.
The facility is great. I feel my belongings are safe here and the staff is awesome.
Zuraima was veru helpful. Her customer servuce is excellent. Shes very hard working and always keeps the facility clean.
Best storage rental place, great rates and fantastic staff. Zuraima was amazing and explain and showed us everything. very accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely use Life Storage on Oakton again.
